Therefore, variations in color, wood grain, and patterns due to the nature of the materials, as well as slight differences in shape characteristic of handmade items, may occur. Please understand that these are not defects but inherent features of the products.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Within 3 months from the date of product delivery
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
This warranty covers the following:
Manufacturing defects
Damage during transportation
Material defects
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Item must be unused
Warranty claims are valid only if the original warranty certificate can be provided
Claims for initial defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Natural aging and changes over time (such as color fading or changes in wood grain and patterns)
Wear and scratches resulting from normal use
Damage caused by improper use or storage
Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs
Damage caused by natural disasters
Claims made after the warranty period has expired
Malfunctions caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than our company
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not covered under this warranty

To file a claim for an initial defect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery via the contact form with the following information:

Reason for claim (defect, damage, or incorrect item)
Preferred resolution: replacement or full refund
