Product Warranty
Our products are handcrafted through many stages and made using natural materials. Therefore, variations in color, wood grain, and patterns due to the nature of the materials, as well as slight differences in shape characteristic of handmade items, may occur. Please understand that these are not defects but inherent features of the products.
For any product-related inquiries, please contact LITA directly. Kindly refrain from contacting the artisan individually.
Warranty Period
Within 3 months from the date of product delivery
Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transportation
- Material defects
- Incorrect item
Warranty Conditions
- Items must be unused
- This warranty is valid only upon presentation of this warranty certificate
- Only items that fall within the Scope of Warranty are eligible.
- Even within the warranty period, items may not be covered if they have been used or stored improperly.
- Claims for initial defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery
Warranty Exclusions
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not covered under this warranty
- Natural aging and changes over time (such as color fading or changes in wood grain and patterns)
- Wear and scratches resulting from normal use
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Damage caused by natural disasters
- Claims made after the warranty period has expired
- Malfunctions caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than our company
Initial Defect
If a defect or damage is found upon receipt of the product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@li-ta.com following the claims procedure. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Claim Procedure
Please contact us within the warranty period at support@li-ta.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for claim (defect, damage, or incorrect item)
- Preferred resolution: replacement or full refund
- Current photos of the product
Note
- Please be sure to include the warranty certificate when returning or exchanging the product.
- For items purchased directly (e.g., at exhibitions or in-person sales), please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be covered by us.

- This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- The validity and scope of this warranty may be subject to limitations imposed by the laws of the country where the product is sold or used.
